It’s been just over a week since I’ve been doing the Shaklee 180 program to help me on my weight loss journey and get my shape back. Check out my post from last week! So far, I’m very happy with my progress and the way things are going! The program is very easy to follow and because there are lots of flavor and snack options and dinner is any regular meal you want so I’m not preparing dinner for the rest of the family and having to eat something different myself. I don’t think I’d be able to do that!
I definitely notice a difference in the side view! I’ve still got lots of work to do but I am happy to see things moving along.
Here are my current measurements!
Current Weight: 140lbs (5lbs lost)
Waist: 35.5 inches (1.5 inches lost)
Thigh: 22 inches (1 inch lost)
Upper Arm: 12.5 inches (0.5 inches lost)
** Just a personal note: Posts might not come as regularly over the next little while as I try to get into the groove of being a mom of 2! Both boys are doing great but since Alex is only 3 weeks old, he’s not into a schedule just yet so my chances to get work done don’t always happen as I’d like them to! I had hoped to be better prepared for this but such is life! **
