Welcome to the first edition of Five Friday Favorites!
Each Friday, I’ll give you a list of 5 of my favorite things! Every week, I’ll have a different subject that I want to talk about and this week I’ve picked Financial Blogs!
It’s no secret that we bloggers love to make money, talk about money and read blogs about money. Here are the top 5 blogs that I always read and really enjoy that are all about money and finances!
Who would have thought that finances could be so funny and interesting?? And who would have thought that those words would be coming out of my mouth? Not Nick, that’s for sure! I love the light, yet informative writing style that always leaves me laughing and with something to think about. Plus, Taynia always gives great recommendations to other blogs which I always end up loving too.
This is a great blog if you’re looking for some tried and tested steps to follow with proof to back it up. Michelle writes about what works for her and how she did it, and she does it well! She recently took the plunge into being self employed so you know that she puts into practice what she’s posting about.
This blog is actually written by Michelle’s (Making Sense of Cents) sister! The money smarts gene must run in their family. I like this blog because Alexis gives practical, real advice about living on a budget from someone who is actually living it! She shows you how to live within your means without having to sacrifice quality or health.
I love a good deal and I know that I’ll always be able to find one when I check out Crystal’s blog! She posts coupons, sales, freebies, and money saving tips for mamas like me! Her money management and income generating ideas are great for anyone though, not just women with children!
Talk about an inspiring look at debt repayment! I always love reading strategies from people who were able to tackle their debt and Lisa’s story is a great one! She seems super sweet and like the type of person I’d love to be friends with and I always enjoy her advice!
So there you have it!! Do you have or write a financial blog you’d like to share? I’d love to check it out!!
